Australia Shipping: Free shipping Australia-wide on all prints and drawings. For delivery to Australian addresses please allow between 8-12 business days for artwork delivery.

International Shipping: is $40.00 AUD and will take roughly 8-21 business days for all purchases. All orders receive a tracking number with Australia Post. Caroline Walls will not be accountable for lost items. Estimated delivery on these items are between 10 - 21 business days from shipment date.

F R A M I N G

I have my works custom-float mount framed in Natural Tasmanian oak. All of my drawings and prints are sold unframed but if you would like to know my recommendations on where to have your artworks framed send me an email as I am more than happy to help with your framing requirements. All paintings are sold custom-framed in Natural Tasmanian oak by one of Melbourne's most reputable fine art framers.

W H A T I S A N O R I G I N A L A R T W O R K ?

An original artwork is a one-of-a-kind piece artwork by Caroline Walls. It is hand-signed by Caroline and is entirely individual. Given the hand-done nature of original artworks nuances can be expected, this is what makes the artwork truely unique.

W H A T I S A S C R E E N P R I N T ?

A screen print is made through a stencil printing process where ink is pushed through a fine mesh silk screen onto a printing surface such as art paper. A flat rubber blade is used to push the ink through the screen. This process gives the final print a consistent layering of ink on top of the printing surface. Each colour of the design is printed separately, layering the colours on top of each other to build up the final image.

All of my screen prints are handmade fine art objects - they are not digital reproductions, but rather, each print is made with one hand-mixed colour at a time, and are hand-signed and numbered in limited editions, to ensure their value as collectible investments. Given the hand made nature of this process slight nuances between each print can be expected ensuring it is a true original.

Although I endeavour to represent the truest colours of the actual artwork on screen, the nature of digital computer screens means colours may vary slightly.

All payments are taken in Australian Dollars ($AUD), and are charged at the current exchange rate.

R E T U R N S

Although generally Caroline Walls does not offer refunds if you have simply changed your mind, please do inform us by email within 24 hours of receiving your artwork if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase and we can work to resolve your concerns. Refunds will only be applicable where Caroline Walls is deemed to be in breach of the description offered for each artworks. Refunds will be given strictly at the discretion of Caroline Walls/Studio Walls Pty Ltd. If a refund is approved the artwork/s must be shipped and delivered to Caroline Walls within 16 business days of date of delivery. Note.The customer is liable for all shipping costs associated with the return of an artwork.

Packages sent internationally are posted with Australia Post - each package is registered with a tracking number. Caroline Walls/Studio Walls Pty Ltd will not be accountable and/or liable for artworks that are lost or damaged during shipment internationally. Caroline Walls/Studio Walls Pty Ltd is not liable to pay any duties and/or import - customs taxes that may be issued by the destination country to receive a purchased artwork.

Giving an authority to leave without a customer signature waives the customers right to a refund or replacement.
